In every company, management is very important. Without a good management, a company is unable to work well.
Having a good and understanding boss is important. What should a good boss/supervisor process?
1) Be understanding
2) Listening and Accept suggestion from fellow colleague
3) Show care and concern to fellow colleague
4) Treat colleague as friend at certain times
5) Try to stand in their position to look at things
What other things contribute to good and well management?
After working for 6 months in my current jobs, my senior is resigning to retire. Is it really early retirement? It was a sudden news for all of us.
Was it because of management that caused part of her decision to resign and rest?
Prior to my joining of this company, people told me that since new management takeover. There was people requesting for transferring out of the department and leaving the company. News ablout her management is known to most people even not within the company. However, i still decided to joined the new company and give it a try.
As i think about it, i was wondering if i was able to stay in this company for long term? My future seem blur and unknown to me. What should i do?
Should i stay?
Should i look for a better or new career in a new industry?
